Certainly no health worker or doctor<br>wants their patient to experience unwanted risks. Therefore, patient safety must be prioritized in every<br>medical treatment. Every medical personnel must understand, so they can implement patient safety<br>properly. Patient safety is the most important key for every health facility. PKM activities will be held on<br>JUNI 4 2025 Jl. Gatot Subroto No.Km 4, Sei Sikambing D, Kec. Medan Petisah, Kota Medan, Sumatera<br>Utara , North Sumatra. This community service aims to provide knowledge to staff and patient families<br>about the management information system at the hospital, provide knowledge about the services available<br>at the hospital and how to get excellent service. The results obtained from community service are that staff<br>and patient families understand the methods and flow of treatment and the services available at the<br>hospital. The patient's family also understands the services available at the hospital and how to get<br>excellent service.
