Abstrak

All medical procedures for patients definitely have their own risks. Certainly no health worker or doctor wants their patient to experience unwanted risks. Therefore, patient safety must be prioritized in every medical treatment. Every medical personnel must understand, so they can implement patient safety properly. Patient safety is the most important key for every health facility. PKM activities will be held on JUNI 4 2025 Jl. Gatot Subroto No.Km 4, Sei Sikambing D, Kec. Medan Petisah, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara  , North Sumatra. This community service aims to provide knowledge to staff and patient families about the management information system at the hospital, provide knowledge about the services available at the hospital and how to get excellent service. The results obtained from community service are that staff and patient families understand the methods and flow of treatment and the services available at the hospital. The patient's family also understands the services available at the hospital and how to get excellent service. In order to continue, it is recommended that hospitals pay more attention to the safety and health of both patients, patient families, visitors and all staff at the hospital.
